The Law Office of Bartosz Biechowski is run on the principles set out in the Act on Legal Advisers of 1982. According to the above-mentioned Act, a legal advisor is obliged to keep in secret all facts and circumstances that he learned in connection with legal assistance.
A legal advisor is also obliged to avoid conflicts of interest and have liability insurance.
Pursuant to the above Act, a legal advisor may provide the legal assistance of all kind.
